Renché, the founder & owner of FIT BEST Training, is a qualified pre- & post natal exercise specialist. Right from the very start of FIT BEST's existence, pre- and post-natal training was an integral part of the services offered. To help women stay active in a safe manner whilst being pregnant and to help moms to recover post-partum is so much more than a job. It truly is a passion!
You have your entire life to become fit, loose weight or reach your fitness goals. The 9 months of your pregnancy is not part the time to do any of the above! However, studies have repeatedly shown the benefits reaped from staying active during pregnancy.
So, with these pre-natal group fitness classes, the aim is to keep your body strong and healthy. Exercise improves blood supply, thus more oxygen is circulated and more oxygen is provided for your growing baby. All of the workouts are safely planned and structured to maintain your current fitness levels as far as possible. And most importantly, to prepare your body for the birth process (normal or c-section) and post-partum recovery.
Before we faced a global pandemic, we hosted pre- & post natal classes in Potchefstroom. But the need was bigger than those she could reach locally. So many people have asked for a eBook or program on our app for pregnant ladies. And although we want to release that to help as many of you as possible. It's quite a daunting task. As no two people will experience pregnancy in the same manner. With the online classes, Renché will be able to assist and guide you through the workouts - just like an actual group fitness class. Except, now you can stay in anywhere in the world and still join the classes!
Like our other online classes, the instructor trains with you. Studies have shown that people are more likely to complete a workout when they have someone who is working out with them! So, that's exactly what we'll be doing! Not only will we see you and you see us - you will also see the rest of the participants who joined the session! This way we can give you the closest experience similar to a group fitness class - like you'd usually get at a fitness studio or gym.

When & Where will the classes be?
Classes take place every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon from 17:00 to 18:00.
How much does it cost?
R300 per month
Classes takes place on ZOOM. Zoom is an app that you can download for free on your phone, tablet or computer. You will also receive a link to a Dropbox Folder, where all the workouts will be uploaded afterwards as well. Only paying members will have access to the group. That means you will always be able to go back to previous workouts if you'd like to do them again in the future.
