Sugar-Free Oreo Fudge

WELLNESS WEEKEND


If you are looking for something sweet, quick, and easy to treat yourself for the weekend, this is it!

This recipe is sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, so it's a winner! With only 82 calories per block, you have to make this.

These ingredients only make 6 blocks/servings and is worth the try.

All the ingredients I bought once-off at Dischem, though any products can be used if they're more or less the same.

Ingredients:

  • 140g sugar-free marshmallows from Sugarlean or Lifestyle Food (2 packets)

  • 65ml coconut cream

  • 3 sugar-free, gluten-free oreo cookies

Instructions:

  1. Bring the mallows to a medium heated pot and stir until melted.

  2. Add the 65ml coconut cream and stir in on low heat.

  3. Crumble 2 dark sandwich cookies with your fingers to the mix on low heat. Stir in.

  4. Add the mix to a small pan with wax paper, I used a bread loaf pan.

  5. Lastly, add the third oreo cookie to the top of the fudge mix and cool in the fridge overnight. Cut into 6 pieces.

  6. Treat yo'self!
